Educational Leader Committed to Excellence 

 Dr. Tracy Balcom was elected to the Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District in 2024 and now she is running for the District 5 seat.  Dr. Tracy Balcom is an experienced educational leader who has served as a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent of educator effectiveness/human resources and senior director of educational services. She is passionate about teaching and learning and will continue to support students and teachers, ensure fiscal responsibility and promote a safe school environment.
